Overview
To enhance privacy, security, and accessibility for Morehouse-issued devices and applications, we encourage all users to log in to the College’s designated Virtual Private Network (VPN) when working remotely. VPN access helps protect institutional data and ensures secure connections to internal systems and resources.
Instructions
Follow the instructions below to connect to the VPN:
- Open your FortiClient Application and go to Remote Access.
- Under Remote Access, Click SAML Login to access Morehouse VPN (If “MHC_SSO” is not the default option, click the drop and select it)
- FortiClient will prompt to authenticate using Multi-factor Authentication (MFA)
- FortiClient VPN will connect after you successfully authenticate your credentials.
Troubleshooting
If you experience issues connecting to the VPN, please submit a ticket by visiting the VPN Access Request page and selecting Request Service.
