Overview
ZoomPhone is a cloud-based phone system for employees that replaces traditional desk phones with a flexible, software-based solution. Employees can make and receive calls using their computer, tablet, or smartphone through the Zoom app. Existing phone numbers remain the same, and training sessions are available to help users transition to the new system. Physical phones will be collected during implementation, with exceptions considered on a case-by-case basis.
Instructions
Access ZoomPhone through MyPortal (Zoom), the Zoom desktop app, or the mobile app. Navigate to the "Phone" tab to manage calls, voicemails, and phone settings. Ensure the latest version of the Zoom app is installed for optimal performance:
Troubleshooting
If you experience issues connecting to or using Zoom Phone, please submit a ticket by visiting ZoomPhone Issues and Setup Support and selecting Request Service.
