If you use the Box cloud storage service, then you have the ability to send signature requests for your documents and other file types so they can be digitally/electronically signed by another party and then sent back to you. When the signer adds their signature, they will need to agree to the Box electronic record and signature disclosure as well as the Box terms of service and privacy policy.
