Setup Office 365 Email on Android

Use these instructions to set up your Morehouse Microsoft 365 email account on an Android device using the Microsoft Outlook app.

1. Open the Google Play Store on your Android device.
2. Search for Microsoft Outlook.
3. Tap Install.
4. Once the app is installed, tap Open.
5. Select Add Account.
6. Enter your Morehouse email address and tap Continue.
7. You will be redirected to the Morehouse sign-in page.
8. Enter the password associated with your Morehouse Computer User ID and select Sign In.
9. Complete the multi-factor authentication (MFA) verification process if prompted.
10. Once authentication is complete, your email will load in Outlook.
    
     

If you experience issues during setup:

• Verify that you are using your full Morehouse email address.
• Confirm that your Morehouse password is correct.
• Ensure your device has an active internet connection.
• Close and reopen the Outlook app.
• Restart your device and try again.
