Copy a Quiz from One Canvas Course to Another

This step-by-step guide from the Office of Digital Instruction walks you through copying a quiz from one Canvas course to another.

1.  Log in to myPortal
2. Open Canvas from myApps
3. Open the course that holds the quiz to copy
4. Click the Quizzes link in the left navigation
   
   
    
5. Click the three dots in the right section of the quiz box
   
   
    
6. From the dropdown menu, select Copy to
   
   
   
    
7. In the Copy To menu, select the name of the course from the dropdown menu
   
   
    
8. Choose a Module to add the quiz to
   
   
    
9. Click Copy
   
   
   
    
10. A green box with the message, Copy Operation started successfully will appear
    
    
     
11. Click Close, the copied quiz will be placed in  the course's Module and added to the Quizzes page
