Withdrawal Refund Policy

Students are required to take specific actions related to withdrawing from all courses during the semester at Morehouse College. Students dropping all classes before the withdrawal period begins or students who seek to withdraw during the withdrawal period should follow the tuition refund policy for refundable tuition charges each term as stated below.  The refund schedule applies to a semester withdrawal from all courses and not individual courses during the semester.  Students may make adjustments to their schedule via self-service Banner Web or use the Course Withdrawal form found on the Morehouse College website. Please use the online form in the event you have been prevented from registration activity and are not able to access the self-service Banner Web.  Note: Refund calculations for withdrawn courses are based on the date the form is received by the Office of Registration and Records, not by the last date of attendance.  All fees are non-refundable after the 100% withdrawal period.   Below, is the tuition refund schedule based on the date you have withdrawn from all your classes.
