I Do Not Want to Sign Up for Direct Deposit. How Do I Update my Address So that I Can Receive a Paper Check?

To update your address, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to My Portal
  2. Click on the Banner Web app
  3. Navigate to Personal Information
  4. Select Update Address(es) and Phone(s)
  5. Review your current addresses and phone numbers
  6. Click on Current next to the address you want to update
  7. To add a new address type (e.g., local, mailing, home), select Type Address from the dropdown menu

Note: Paper check refunds may take 7–10 business days to arrive at their destination.
