I Do Not Want to Sign Up for Direct Deposit. How Do I Update my Address So that I Can Receive a Paper Check?
To update your address, follow these steps:
- Log in to My Portal
- Click on the Banner Web app
- Navigate to Personal Information
- Select Update Address(es) and Phone(s)
- Review your current addresses and phone numbers
- Click on Current next to the address you want to update
- To add a new address type (e.g., local, mailing, home), select Type Address from the dropdown menu
Note: Paper check refunds may take 7–10 business days to arrive at their destination.
