Service Overview
Use this service to request a meeting with the Office of the Provost regarding an academic matter that requires individual assistance.
This service may be used to schedule an appointment with Dr. Foster or Dr. Mendenhall, or to request that your concern be escalated to Dr. Brown for further review.
After your request is submitted, the Office of the Provost will review the information provided and contact you regarding next steps, appointment availability, or any additional information needed to address your concern.
