TigerCard Distribution and Replacement Guidelines
- New Students: Students who are financially and medically cleared will receive their TigerCard during New Student Orientation.
- New Employees: Instructions for obtaining a TigerCard will be provided during the onboarding process.
- Continuing Students: Should continue using the TigerCard issued during the most recent semester.
Services Offerings
- Lost or Stolen Cards: Report immediately by calling 404. 507.8633 or clicking the Request Service button on this page.
- Replacements: Damaged, lost, or stolen cards can be replaced for a $53 fee.
