Setup Office 365 Email on iPhone or iPad

Overview

Use these instructions to set up your Morehouse Microsoft 365 email account on an iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch using the Microsoft Outlook app.

 

Instructions

 

  1. Open the App Store on your iOS device.
  2. Search for Microsoft Outlook.
  3. Tap Get to download and install the app.
  4. Once installed, tap Open.
  5. When prompted, select Add Account.
  6. Enter your Morehouse email address and tap Add Account.
  7. You will be redirected to the Morehouse sign-in page.
  8. Enter the password associated with your Morehouse Computer User ID and select Sign In.
  9. Complete the multi-factor authentication (MFA) verification process if prompted.
  10. After authentication is complete, your email will load in Outlook.

 

Troubleshooting

If you experience issues during setup:

  • Verify that you are using your full Morehouse email address.
  • Confirm that your Morehouse password is correct.
  • Ensure your device has an active internet connection.
  • Close and reopen the Outlook app.
  • Restart your device and try again.
