TigerCard Photo Submission Requirements

Overview

Students and employees must submit a photo that meets the official TigerCard Campus ID standards. These requirements ensure the image can be clearly used for identification and printed on your campus ID card.

Photos that do not meet these requirements may be rejected, and you will be asked to submit a new one.

Photo Requirements

Please follow the guidelines below when submitting your photo:

  • Individual photo only. Group photos are not permitted.

  • AI-generated images are not allowed.

  • The photo must be a color image taken against a plain, light background.

  • The image should be cropped from slightly above the head to the middle of the chest.

  • Your eyes must be open and looking straight at the camera.

  • The photo must show a clear, full view of your face facing forward. Side angles and filters are not permitted.

  • Headwear is not allowed, including hoodies, crowns, caps, hats, or wave caps that obstruct the view of your hair or face. Head coverings are only permitted for religious reasons.

  • If you wear glasses, avoid glare and ensure your eyes are clearly visible. Transition lenses must be clear. Sunglasses are not allowed.

  • You must be fully clothed. Tank tops are not permitted.

Tips For A Successful Photo Submission
