- Gemini Support: Request assistance with accessing, using, and troubleshooting Gemini, including questions about features, functionality, and best practices.
- NotebookLM Support: Get help with NotebookLM, including creating notebooks, uploading sources, generating summaries, organizing information, and troubleshooting issues.
- Google Workspace Access Assistance: Request assistance with obtaining or restoring access to approved Google Workspace AI services.
- Training and Guidance: Request training, consultations, or guidance on effectively using Gemini and NotebookLM for teaching, learning, research, and administrative work.
- General Google Workspace Support: Request assistance with Google Workspace AI services not covered by the service offerings above.
