Service Overview

Use this service to request access to a specific Formstack form or folder owned by another department or user. This includes access to view submissions, collaborate on form building, or manage data within a shared folder.

 

Who Is Eligible?

Morehouse College faculty and staff with an existing  Formstack account.

 

Service Offerings

  • Request access to a specific form

  • Request access to a folder or group of forms

  • Request changes to existing access permissions (e.g., Viewer, Collaborator, Admin)

  • Request transfer of form ownership (must include written approval from current owner)
