Service Overview

Only use this request form to report technology-related issues not already listed in the ITS Service Catalog. This form serves as a catch-all for unique or uncommon problems that fall outside of defined service areas.

Before submitting, we strongly encourage users to review the existing catalog options to ensure there isn’t already a more specific form that matches your issue. Requests submitted under "General Issues" may take longer to triage and resolve if they could have been routed through a designated service channel.

 

Who Is Eligible?

All current Morehouse College students, faculty, and staff.

 

Service Offerings

Examples of issues appropriate for this form include, but are not limited to:

  • Unlisted application errors

  • Cross-platform access issues not tied to a specific service

  • Miscellaneous technology concerns that don’t match existing services
