Service Overview
This service is for all Morehouse College employees who need assistance installing updates on their Morehouse-issued computers. A member of the ITS team will remotely access your device to install critical system updates, security patches, and college-approved software, ensuring your machine stays secure and compliant.
Technicians will connect to your computer remotely to complete the updates. Your device must be powered on, connected to the internet, and available at the scheduled time.
Who Is Eligible?
All Morehouse College employees with a college-issued computer.
