What is an ITS Training Request?
An ITS Training Request is used to obtain support, guidance, or hands-on instruction for any technology-related learning need at Morehouse. This includes training on classroom and collaboration technology, digital tools, cybersecurity practices, and the integration of systems into academic or administrative workflows.
ITS Training Requests also cover consultations and tailored sessions to support digital transformation efforts across campus, ensuring everyone can confidently use the technology that powers our work.

- Campus digital workflows
AI Training & Support
- Responsible use of AI on campus
- AI tools within Microsoft 365 and integrated applications
- AI safety, accuracy, and privacy best practices
- How to use AI for productivity, writing, research, and teaching workflows
Cybersecurity Training
- Data privacy and protection
- Phishing awareness and threat prevention
- Secure technology practices for faculty and staff
Digital Transformation Consultations
- Cornerstone (LMS) optimization
- SharePoint site creation and workflow support
