Service Overview

Use this service to request support for issues related to Microsoft 365 applications on your Morehouse-issued device. ITS can assist with troubleshooting access issues, application errors, syncing problems, and sign-in concerns for Microsoft 365 tools.

Please note: ITS does not repair or provide full technical support for personal devices. Support for this request is limited to troubleshooting Morehouse-issued Microsoft 365 applications and services (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and confirming access through your Morehouse account.
